Although I prefer my tea straight from the kettle, this drink, either or cold, works wonders for my anxiety. Relaxing my spirits both mentally and physically.

Simple ingredients like chamomile, basil, hibiscus and orange ( plus a few others ) to aid in stress, anxiety, digestion issues and respiratory aid. The list goes on.
How To ?
Whether its for fun or for help, making tea can work quickly and naturally. Put on a pot of water to boil. In the meantime, grab your specific and needed herbs and place them in a cup of your choice. If you choose to drink this hot, make sure your cup can handle the hot water temperature. When the water is done boiling, add a cup or two to your herbs and allow them to steep for 3-5 minutes. You can steep them longer for maximized benefits if you prefer. If you would like to have this drink chilled, you can steep the flowers in hot water for 3-5 minutes and then you can add a cup or two of fresh water to your steeped cup. Add honey to sweeten. Enjoy!
